This forms service (forms.son.ski) is a private infrastructure project. I value your privacy and ensure your data is handled securely.

1. DATA COLLECTED
When you submit a form, the system securely collects:
- SUBMITTED DATA: Any information you actively type into the form fields.
- BOT PROTECTION: Cloudflare Turnstile validates human interaction securely and privately.
- SECURITY LOGS: Basic request data (such as IP address and timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

2. HOW DATA IS USED
This data is used exclusively for:
- FULFILLING REQUESTS: Processing the specific inquiry, RSVP, or submission you made.
- SECURITY: Preventing spam and malicious activity.
- NO TRACKING: I do not use marketing cookies, nor do I sell or share your data with third parties.

3. RETENTION & STORAGE
Data is transmitted securely via Cloudflare Workers and stored in a private Airtable database accessible only by the administrator.

4. YOUR RIGHTS
As a UK-based service, I comply with UK GDPR. If you wish to request a copy, modification, or deletion of your submitted data, contact the administrator directly.
